About San Ramon
San Ramon is a city of over 84,000 residents in the Tri-Valley region of the East Bay, bordered by the Mount Diablo foothills to the north and the Diablo Range to the east. The city grew through the suburban boom of the 1980s and 1990s, developing primarily as master-planned communities. Neighborhoods like Crow Canyon on the west side and Gale Ranch on the east side represent the two dominant phases of that growth - Crow Canyon with its established trees and homes from the 1980s, and Gale Ranch with its newer construction along Bollinger Canyon Road, according to Census data. The residential mix includes single-family homes, townhomes, and attached units, with a significant number of properties on hillside or graded lots that reflect the valley's hilly terrain.
Bishop Ranch, one of the largest office parks in the western United States, sits at the center of San Ramon and is home to Chevron's U.S. headquarters, AT&T, and other major employers. The City Center Bishop Ranch retail and dining complex opened in 2018 and has become the main gathering point in the city. About 70 percent of San Ramon housing units are owner-occupied, reflecting a stable homeowner base that invests in long-term property maintenance. We serve homeowners throughout San Ramon and regularly work in neighboring Danville to the south, where the housing stock and terrain are similar, and in Dublin to the north.
